Description

Simple poster made from a linocut with bold typography, featuring two women under a parasol. This illustration appeared in Revista Nova, 30/06/1916, no. 35, p. 1 (at the bottom we can read “drawing and engraving by Xavier Nogués”). The Saló de les Arts i dels Artistes was a Barcelona-based arts association inspired by the noucentista style. It was founded in 1910 and dissolved in 1936. Printers: “Oliva de Vilanova, Barcelona”.
