Description

Vase depicting a rural scene with two mothers picking fruit from an orange tree, and a little girl. A sweeping landscape with valleys and mountains. The vase was fired at a low temperature (less than 1000 ºC). On the base there is a label with the number “22”, probably from the inventory of Antoni Serra’s estate, as his grandson Jordi Serra tells us.

We would like to thank Antoni Serra’s grandson, the artist Jordi Serra i Moragas, who is the owner of the work, for his assistance in enabling us to include this piece in our catalogue.
