Three states of this etching have been found. Two of them, at the MNAC, are from the second and third state and reveal the tonal effects of aquatint on the ground. The first state is an etching produced in three stages. The characters in this print resemble the ones Nogués had drawn previously in Papitu. We are also including a print from the Palau Antiguitats gallery signed in pencil (December 2022).
