Drypoint engraving on one of Nogués’ favourite themes. This one is more ambitious and successful than the previous ones. He makes full use of the different shades of black. These scenes show how accomplished Nogués was at capturing the expressions and personalities of his characters. We are including a print from the Palau Antiguitats gallery. A state proof with no margins (December 2022).
