Description
Nogués’ first drypoint engraving made during his sojourn in Paris. His depiction of the figures has changed and they have been transformed into semi-caricatures. There is a note in Nogués’ sketchbook in what appears to be somebody else’s handwriting. It reads: “Cavaller i cavll que flaira una flor. París” (Man on horseback and horse smelling a flower. Paris).
