A man fishing on the left against a mountain landscape and a hunter with a dog on the right.
This work was part of the murals Nogués created for the dining room of Lluís Plandiura’s house in La Garriga (1936). The murals consisted of three panels on the following themes: Fishing and Hunting, Summer and Harvest (the latter two were also referred to as Flowers and Fruit).

The Barcelona auction house Subarna sold this piece on 16th April 2026 (lot 816). According to the catalogue description, the painting is registered with the Institut Amatller d’Art Hispànic and was the artist’s last mural.
