Description
Set of six glasses based on drawings from the wine list for the basement café, El Celler, at the Galeries Laietanes. Another glass, which is almost certainly from the same set but slightly larger (12 x 7.8 cm), had been part of the Riera Collection (inv. no. 207.742) since 1995 and was added to the MNAC collections in 2002. It is dated between 1916-1918. Another identical glass was found at the gallery, the Palau Antiguitats. It has exactly the same motifs and colours but is slightly bigger (12 x 7.6 cm).
