Description
Standing male figure shown in profile looking at a landscape from a hill. He is wearing a hat, a bow tie and has a trumpet under his arm. Original drawing published in 50 Ninots per Xavier Nogués, preface by Ramon Raventós. Salvat-Papasseit Llibreters, Barcelona, 1922, 1st edition. 5 sheets + 50 illustrations by Nogués. The original drawings in the series 50 Ninots were part of the collection of the art dealer and friend of Nogués, Santiago Segura, and his wife, Maria Cladellas, until 1943, when they were bequeathed to the Museu d’Art de Sabadell.
