Description
A group of armed men, some wearing top hats and others wearing Carlist berets. This drawing was featured in an exhibition at the gallery, the Sala d’Art Artur Ramon and in its catalogue (1994) under the title Satire on the ruling class fuelling the Carlist uprising. It is, in fact, an illustration published in the satirical newspaper La Publicitat, Monday 22nd October 1916, no. 13,504, Barcelona, p. 1 entitled: “Pacifistas y neutrales” (Pacificists and neutrals).
