Description
The etching was produced in two stages and the aquatint in six, maybe using more than one grain size of resin. The deep, dark tones are particularly noteworthy. The Palau Antiguitats art gallery has found a state proof not included in Jaume Pla’s catalogue raisonné. We include a photograph of it here.(December 2022).
